Services
Custom monoclonal antibody producing hybridoma cell line production:
- Titer checking using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
- Antibody purification
- Antibody producing hybridomas in culture and frozen cells will be delivered to the customer at the end of the service.
Further additional services such as antibody production, conjugation, isotyping and purification are also offered upon request.
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) services:
- Primer design
- PCR
- Reverse transcription PCR
These services are provided for customers who need to isolate genes of interest from a certain organism, via RNA or DNA. They are also destined for the detection or screening of biological samples at molecular biology level.
Generation of cDNA library:
The members of our division are proud to provide this service using our expertise in the method. The initial materials may be RNA prepared by the customers or we will be happy to prepare it in our laboratory.
Site-directed mutagenesis:
- Design of mutagenic oligonucleotides
- PCR-mediated site-directed mutagenesis to generate target DNA with desired mutation
Murine embryonic fibroblast stable cell line:
- This cell line is widely used in cell biology experiments. Our division has established and characterized this cell line from Balb/c mouse embryos.
DNA cloning:
- Cloning of desired DNA fragment into plasmid vector and/or _expression vector
